This world NEEDS YOU.
You are on purpose.
You have a purpose.
And, you are so wildly loved…
I say these things so often to those I cheer for daily. And, I believe them with my entire being.
It’s National Suicide Prevention Week. Therefore, I want to remind everyone that your life was not an accident. You are so valuable, and the Lord will bring you through even the HARDEST, darkest, deepest valleys.
The Lord has not made a mistake yet, and He didn’t start with you.
Because we have been given free will, there is sin in the world, and it affects us.
Life is full of hardship, and there will be times when Satan may convince you to question your own life.
I don’t know your story or what you are going through. But, I am here to walk alongside you wherever you’re at and hear you out. And, what I know for sure is that this world would not be better off without you, no matter how challenging, painful, and chaotic your world feels.
Maybe you are facing some addiction, and you feel hopeless because engaging in your addiction SUCKS! And, so does recovery.
But, recovering is possible… and at least if you choose to fight your demon, you have a chance at getting out of the valley and seeing the sun.
It doesn’t have to be this way… it should not be this way. You didn’t choose this. And yet, this is where you are, and I have to believe things can only get better.
Maybe I seem too optimistic, but right now, my heart is broken to think about all of the people who took their own lives because Satan only spits fire into their lungs. Therefore, I just need to scream that it is not too late. You are not too far gone. There IS hope.
Leaving this world will not be easier.
You would not believe how the Lord can redeem you, and how He can use EVERY hardship to your benefit someday.
You are a fighter, and you are strong enough.
So please, stay.
